Was there for tire change. Told me it would be 1hr and took 2h20 mins while I was waiting there. The 1st hour I was there, 3 different customers waked in to complain about leaking oil, left a piece inside the engine and lost wheel lock... I understand that things can take longer than expected but did not appreciate that they try to pass the blame onto the customer and not being honest about it. The guy I spoke to at the end was nice (owner?) but think twice before going there.
