My personal experience comes from visiting Auto Express twice. The staff are great, knowledgeable and do their best to help you out. Reading reviews, the majority of the negatives come from people not doing their research into the vehicle that they are interested in / buying, that is on the person, not the dealership and people just not getting their way. I did my research, test drove it, couldn't cut a deal (my old car had too high a mileage and it would be hard for any dealership to take on), the car was still there when I went back andI snagged it up. I had it for 5 days and roadtripped from FL to PA (960mi.) straight through, no issues. I got a 2013 Jaguar XK X150 Special Edition Convertible and I couldn't be any happier.

Stopped by as I regularly do to brouse inventory Khaled was very awesome and helpful in showing me a couple vehicles that I was interested in through their website. Their website is very comprehensive and very easy to navigate, but always good to get your hands on by going down and trying out a car or two that you might be interested in getting. I'm looking for something just to get around town. Nothing fancy. I have a nice vehicle that I would rather stay parked in the garage so I'm looking for something that I can get around. Orlando and not be so flashy they have everything from that, to too flashy very nice cars. Very nice people and will look forward to doing business with them in the very near future. Always good stop by. By they have a great variety of vehicles and have been very impressed with their quality and their customer service.

Just moved back to Orlando and I was a bit hesitant going there after seeing those 1-stars reviews. I really wanted a black on black BMW X5 and this is one of a few places that had it. I was greeted immediately when I got there by a nice tall black fellow who help me. I didn’t want to spend more than my budget and after discussing with the owners Joe and Zee, they helped me get the car I’ve been wanting. Also, one of the key fob didn’t work and I went back the next day to complain. The problem was a battery and Joe ran out to get me a new battery and installed it for me. Maybe it wasn’t much but I truly appreciated the fact that they care and were genuine in the dealings. Thanks guys and you’ve got a customer for life….!

I bought a BMW from them, Honestly great staff , Joe, Ron and Zee were awesome . they had me outta there on no time . the car was in very good condition and it was cleaned very well they definitely pay attention to detail. I have known them for a while , and they get some bad reviews not because they do bad business , some customers just don't understand the terms and conditions they sign. and they just don't like it when they get repossessed after not making their payments. I personally watched them call customers on multiple occasions reminding them to make their payment when in reality they don't have to! its the customers responsibility to make their payments on time, and if they don't well guess what there are consequences. its clearly mentioned in the paper work . people just don't read their contracts which is actually insane. but over all excellent buy here pay here dealership especially if you wanna finance a high end vehicle . they have been in business for over 30 years for a reason !! highly recommend !!
