Steven and Mateo were GREAT! God sent them just for me! I had a trade in that was crap and they still made a way for me to walk out with something to DRIVE! I’m so thankful for the adjustments they made that made me feel comfortable and reasonable. I will definitely recommend them to everyone! This was an awesome experience with purchasing a vehicle. They are very nice and understandable. Need a vehicle COME TO AFA!

The staff were incredible. I can’t express my gratitude to Mateo enough. He was patient with me and wanted to make sure get the car I wanted and that I wouldn’t be in a bid of high payments. Steven was very helpful and making sure I understood everything before signing it. Chris was a major help with the process making sure I was comfortable before leaving. My fiance Karen Thomas purchased a car from this establishment a few months ago. As a first responder, veteran, and tax payer I am upset about the business practices of this company. I find them to be highly unethical at what they do. Now according to most of the reviews they seem like a very reputable company. And it’s understandable if this review is overlooked. But Chris, you are a very rude manager with NO compassion for what good people go through. How you disrespected and played with our hard earned money was wrong. You were paid $3300 in all payments in less than a month and the car started coming apart. And created no type of option for maintenance or vehicle replacement…smh. May God bless you sir!

From messaging with Mateo inquiring about the cars on the lot, to walking in the door and sitting with Steven and then finishing up with Chris we could not be more pleased with the Car and Amazing customer service we received. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a car and at an affordable rate. We look forward to purchasing more vehicles for our family and will be referring everyone we know.
