Huge selection of cars to choose from. Auto house made sure the car we chose was in good running order before we took it home, eg, the tires were very worn on the car we chose and Auto House replaced them with new all season tires. And the power seat would not work on the passenger side so they ordered a new motor and replaced it. Service is excellent and prices are fair.

We recently bought a 2017 Escape that drove fine on the day of the test drive but then had several issues once we left the lot. Faisal, lot owner, was very difficult to deal with. I was ended up paying close to $4000 in fess for mechanical issues. I should’ve know better as the experience was all very shady. Not only was Faisal late to our appointment he conducts business in a very chaotic and unprofessional manner. The office space is in very rough shape. Littered with other customer contacts, papers, food, old water bottles and general litter. The experience left us having to pump a bunch of money into a vehicle that was said to be in good working order. I would strongly advise people to steer clear of this dealership.

Amazing service! Faisal was phenomenal in holding a vehicle for us for an extended period due to an insurance company mess up! Kept in touch, was fun to deal with and has a great selection of vehicles! Highly recommend!
