Oh they the best by far through out my whole life on buying cars and there the best when it comes to Quality and Affordability.. I had purchased a car from them and the customer service and the owner was the BEST. If yall looking for Quality and Affordability, go to Anthony and he will make sure you leave out very happy because I know I did. I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota Sienna from Auto Import Center, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. The sales process was smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated his honesty and no-pressure approach. He was also one of the best-dressed, most dripped out salespeople I’ve ever met — sharp, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he/she does. It was refreshing to work with someone so polished and straightforward. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service I received after the sale. Even though the Sienna was sold as-is, the sales manager went above and beyond to help me replace and install a broken side mirror — personally assisting with the installation and even contributing toward the cost of the maintenance bill. That kind of post-sale support is rare these days and shows how much they truly care about their customers. I may change my rating tomorrow depending on what they say. I bought a dodge journey on March 4th, paid extra to be delivered. Arrived that following Sunday (march 8th). Ive owned the car 20 days and since then the check engine light came on and then was told the torque converter and possibly the transmission has to be replaced ontop of the cv joints and suspension needing work as well. ( loud grinding noise when turning) Edit of my review: Do not shop here. Transmission went completely out in less than 30 days. Entire suspension and cv joints needed replacement. Tried to trade it in at my local dealer and was told it should have never been sold in this condition and its going straight to the scrap yard. The man Gazi (mechanic) was the absolute rudest person I've ever dealt with when it comes to car issues. Paid 6k (thats price plus fees and stuff) for an absolute death trap. They get to keep my money and im stuck with a vehicle that is now scrap. Never trust this company. Im out alot of money for something that was never safe to drive. They sold this suv to me knowing I had babies.
