I recently found a lead on car gurus for a 2019 Denali. I talked with the salesman Matt, told him I was very interested and that I would be flying in from Michigan and wanted to know if there were any flaws in the interior exterior. I arrived to purchase the vehicle after I bought a one way ticket down and planned to drive the vehicle back. When I arrived there were many flaws with this used truck that were not relayed to me. Giant gouge down the drivers side bed, 2 dents in the pillar of the cab, the Frame of the truck was covered in dirt. The front bumper had been repainted, I pooped the hood and there were leaves in the Cowl, like they never even tried to prep this vehicle. This all wouldn’t have been a problem if these issues were relayed to me. You would think that they would have the decency to let me know about these issues before I made reservations to fly down. I reached out the following Monday to ask for my 500$ deposit back, they told me it’s non refundable when I asked, and that was never related to me when I put the deposit down in the beginning. So with my troubles I spent $500 in deposit, $500 to fly down, then had to book another $500 flight home that same day. Overall $1500 terrible experience to show up to find out the truck was nothing as it was Portrayed.

I recently purchased my 2nd suv from Auto Innovation. Quality inventory was what initially brought me to Auto Innovation, but the professionalism and assistance with an issue after the sale will keep me looking to Alex first for my next vehicle. I recommend Auto Innovation to my friends and family.
