I cannot thank Hamid enough for his patience, professionalism, and knowledge with helping me buy my first vehicle. I did a lot of research beforehand; I looked into all sorts of makes and models of cars within my budget/location and sent lots of emails out to reputable/highly rated dealerships discussing price transparency and getting the vehicle inspected before any paperwork. I had several negative experiences with some salesmen pushing for me to sign the bill of sale as quickly as possible, not being transparent when I wanted to take their vehicle for a PPI, questionable hidden fees, and some blatantly lying to my face; overall making me uncomfortable or skeptical. However, talking to Hamid made me feel comfortable and confident as he was extremely cooperative and overall gained my trust. I arrived over an hour before our scheduled meeting, unintentionally, and we talked the whole time and he answered all my questions and concerns and provided me with much more knowledge than I anticipated. He was never pushy, or difficult to work with/talk to, and genuinely seemed to want to work with me to get me a reliable car that I desired. Initially, the first car that I was looking at didn't work out, but fortunately he had my second choice of vehicle on his lot and it worked out perfectly. The vehicle was in great condition and I, nor my mechanics, haven't found any major underlying issues with it. I could not have asked for a better experience buying a used car all on my own. I walked away feeling satisfied and happy with the overall experience. I believe Hamid is a genuinely good salesman and would definitely recommend him/his business if you were looking for a car.
