# Summary Opinions of this dealership are sharply divided, with sales staff consistently praised for professionalism and customer service, while post-purchase experiences reveal significant concerns about service department accountability and vehicle quality assurance. Multiple customers report serious mechanical failures shortly after purchase, unresolved warranty issues, and defensive management responses rather than remedial solutions.
So I bought my scat pack charger back on August 14th 2025 and when I bought it had the typical “hemi tick” but within a few days it progressively got worse and worse but I thought I was just over paranoid since I just bought it but 27 days later my engine completely failed. I called them the following morning after it had broke down and they didn’t even wanna look at my car. I had to take it to a different dealership and have them forced to take it. The entire process of getting the new engine I was never updated on anything until I pushed for any response I had Braxton as my supervisor. It took 5 months to get my charger back. January 28th 2026 I got it back and 2 weeks later it is back in the shop for a failed transmission. they misaligned the engine to my transmission crushing my transmission pump and now my whole transmission needs replaced. They told me it was my fault and the entire cost would be on me even though they are at fault for improperly installing my engine. On my way home on January 28th It kept making scrapping noises and vibrating and I thought I was just built up ice and snow so I didn’t worry about it. It sat for a few days and then I started driving it again then it started making ticking and metal scrapping on metal noises. I did nothing wrong I drove the car under 3k rpm and did exactly as you’re supposed to do with breaking in an engine. I didn’t even get to 1,000 miles on the new engine. But not only a failed engine but sold me a car with warped rotors and bad tires too which the shop I took it to after the engine being replaced told me that. Plus before leaving I forgot to check how much gas it had in it because most dealerships they fill your gas up for you but no it didn’t even have 1/4 left in the tank it had 15 miles left till empty so I had to stop and fill my tank right after purchase I had to go to the closest gas station, it’s something so little but it really shows all they really want is your money. Please, please, please never go to this dealership, if you do and something goes wrong with your vehicle go to a different Chrysler dealership for getting work done because I’ve never seen a dealership so unwilling to help and so incompetent after purchasing a vehicle from them. They are not willing at all to accept if something goes wrong with their vehicle even if it’s right after purchase. Any chance they possibly get they will blame you even if you have a warranty.
I had an excellent experience at Auto Park Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Plymouth, Indiana. Izzy and Dan were amazing to work with—they made the entire car-buying process easy, smooth, and stress-free. Both were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right vehicle without any pressure. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. Their customer service really stood out and made a big difference in my overall experience. If you’re looking for a dealership that’s honest, efficient, and great to work with, I highly recommend Auto Park Dodge. Ask for Izzy and Dan—you won’t be disappointed!
I had a great experience with my sales rep Jeff, the finance department, and the service advisors. My interactions with the service manager “professional “ DON unfortunately has completely ruined any trust and relationship I had with this Auto Park. I purchased a certified, 125 point inspected preowned vehicle with a service plan in November of 2025. Regardless of it being “certified”, I had to request several “inspected” items be fixed before purchase. Including the rear breaks, broken steering wheel controls, and many cigarette burns (labeled as a non smoked in vehicle, though the 125 point inspection should have caught and repaired these issues). In the last 6 months, this vehicle has been in service multiple times. Most recently, the vehicle broke down while out of town. At the recommendation of their service department, I towed the vehicle back to Plymouth. 1. I received a call the next business day telling me damage was done to the vehicle due to an improper size air filter, but to make it right, they’re giving me a 10% discount. After arguing this was an item shown inspected and good during the 125 point inspection (I was given a copy of inspection). I was told not to worry about it and it’d be taken care of. 2. A couple hours later received a call and was told that they “THINK” the air filter is a Walmart brand and since that’s where I got an oil change last, I “must” have requested it. Everything at this point shifted to pushing the blame on to me and I’m now told I must talk to their manager by his request. 3. I brought both my Walmart service receipt/report and the Auto Park inspection sheet with me to pick up the car. This is when the “Professional” was brought in, DON. I was given no introduction, he was immediately combative, demeaning and condescending. After looking through my papers, he saw I did not purchase a filter replacement but argued that Walmart noted in their service inspection that the air filter was of bad quality so it should be my fault for not replacing . I tried explaining that I trusted HIS department’s certified inspection and that a dirty air filter is radically different than an improperly sized one. In return, he completely ignored everything so he could repeatedly laugh and talk down to me. I finally agreed to pay for the tow and deductible once it became evident DON was escalating things instead of de escalating. Even after starting the payment process with an advisor, he kept trying to continue the altercation till verbally dismissed. I went to this Auto Park after my extremely large sized, multigenerational family recommended I go here. It was my first dealership purchase. After telling them my story, we’re all left reeling about the current standards of their service department under DON. A lot of consideration will be given before my family or I continue or do any future business with this Plymouth Auto Park. I hope by sharing this the “professional” understands the benefits of respecting your customers. He could have created multiple life long customer, but instead chose to prioritize 200 dollars.
My partner and I went here in hopes of finding a vehicle that fit our needs. We heard good things about this place, but were nervous after being burnt out from various other dealers. Annie helped us from start to finish, let us take our time and was an absolute joy to work with. Her team and her were able to get us approved for a perfect vehicle and fought for the best price. The atmosphere was nice, and relaxing. The best car shopping experience we’ve had by FAR. Thank you Annie and the rest of the team. We are very happy with our experience.
Best dealership I've dealt with in a long time. Last May I bought my Jeep there and had excellent customer service with the saleslady Annie. Last week I bought my 2nd vehicle there and I had the same great service. I recommend Auto Park in Plymouth 100%
