I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this dealership and working with Darrell. I came in convinced I wanted a specific vehicle, but as I learned more about it and considered how I would actually use it, I realized it wasn't the best fit for my needs. Rather than pushing me toward a sale, Darrell listened to what was important to me and helped me find a vehicle that checked all of the boxes I was looking for. Throughout the entire process, Darrell was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. He worked with me on my trade-in, took the time to explain every detail, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. One of the things that really stood out was his background as a mechanic. He was able to answer questions thoroughly, explain how things worked in a way that made sense, and put any concerns I had completely at ease. What made the experience even better was the dealership's overall approach. The owner stopped by several times throughout the process—not to pressure me into anything, but simply to make sure I was happy, comfortable, and getting everything I needed. It was clear that customer satisfaction was the priority. Even after a long day, Darrell stayed late to make sure everything was completed and that I drove away feeling confident in my purchase. The entire experience was relaxed, low-pressure, and enjoyable. We even had some great conversations while working through the paperwork. I've purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, and I can honestly say this was by far the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Then made me feel more comfortable by getting the price as low as possible while explaining everything to me to make sure I knew exactly what I was getting myself into.
