Do not waste your time selling your car here. I called to get a quote for my pristine, accident-free 2014 BMW X6 (only 58,000 km), and the service was appalling. When I called to inquire about an offer, the representative didn't provide a professional valuation based on the car's condition. Instead, he rudely asked what price I was expecting. When I mentioned $20,000,（ clutch’s offer is $15500, I am expecting more than that ) he responded by saying, 'I’m not trying to insult you—I can only give you half of that.'Even if an offer of $10,000 is their final decision to make, the way they communicate is completely unacceptable! There is no excuse for such arrogance and lack of basic respect. If you are running a business, you should at least learn how to treat people with decency. Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect! they are clearly only interested in predatory lowballing!
