On my way from Pennsylvania to Florida, my car broke down permanently in Columbia, South Carolina. I took an Uber to a competitors auto lot but realized their product and customer service left a lot to be desired. I called Auto Source and Mike answered the phone. I inquired about a vehicle that I was interested in. He offered to come pick me up in that vehicle in order to allow me to drive it back to their lot and test it out. Long story short, I bought it that day for a very reasonable price. Mike went an additional extra mile by taking me to my other vehicle to clean it out and helped me with that task. Floyd and Mike made me feel like family and treated me more than just as a valued customer. This will not be the last time they see me. Hopefully I can buy a car from them in the future.
