I am certainly not a huge fan of going into any car dealership to buy a car but this experience was totally different. The environment felt more like a connected and close family than a place of business. The approach of all the staff was professional, welcome and laid back. There was never any pressure. Marcy was just amazing. Her professionalism, respect, and temperament was absolutely commendable. She made us feel that she was genuinely interested in what was best for us as opposed to what was best for her or the dealership. She was very responsive to questions and phone calls and respectful of our time. She made this experience worthwhile and we highly recommend Auto Web Expo for your next luxury vehicle purchase. Great place to chill and buy a nice car.

Excellent Experience Thanks to Justin! Yesterday was my very first time test-driving an electric car, and Justin made it such an enjoyable and smooth experience! I originally came in to test a Mercedes-Benz SUV, which I liked, but Justin mentioned that the EV cars were on sale and encouraged me to give them a try. I first tested the 2019 Tesla Model 3, but it wasn’t quite for me. When we went back to the dealership, I told Justin I’d just go with the Mercedes—but that’s when he suggested I test-drive the 2022 Tesla Model Y. I’m so glad he did because I absolutely loved it! Justin was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough in explaining everything about the car. He made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. Both Maryam and the manager were also very friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. I couldn’t be more grateful for Justin’s professionalism and customer care. Thanks to him, I’m now the proud owner of a 2022 Tesla Model Y—and I couldn’t be happier!
