Johnathan was friendly, humble, professional and I definitely would recommend him to my family and friends. Besides financing taking a little long to get to.. my overall experience was a good one. I'm in love with my new car and I hope you fall in love with yours at Autobahn!

I wanted to give this dealership a 5 star because we did get the car we wanted for the price we wanted. Vikram made it happen so shoutout to him. But it wasn't as smooth as I'd hoped. The hiccup that occurred was they ran our credit on a Sunday and it came back as Tier 3. They tried to change the numbers on us with a huge down payment, which I completely rejected. They came back to me on Monday stating we are actually Tier 1 and can fulfill the initial numbers quoted. It's hard for me to believe that such a big dealership like this isn't aware of leasing applications not being accurate on a Sunday. In the end, Vikram remedied the situation and delivered the car quickly. There was a minor scratch on the car upon delivery, but Vikram said to take photos of it and it will not be charged on lease return. We will see.

We had the absolute BEST experience with George at Autobahn Mercedes! We traded in our car and leased a brand new GLE 63 AMG, and the entire process could not have been simpler. We handled everything over the phone — no sitting at the dealership for hours, no back-and-forth games, no wasted time. George was straightforward, honest, and incredibly easy to work with from start to finish. What we appreciated most was that he didn’t play any of the typical “car dealership” games. Everything was transparent, efficient, and exactly as promised. It truly felt seamless. And the cherry on top? He personally delivered the car with a big bow on it. My husband and I truly can’t say enough good things about our experience at Autobahn Motors. This was hands down one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve ever had, and it’s entirely because of the incredible team; Jaime, Niko, Feeras, and Carol. Jaime and Niko were absolutely outstanding. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely taken care of. Jaime worked closely with us over multiple days, taking the time to really understand what we wanted, while Niko stepped in seamlessly to support us and help move everything forward. There was never any pressure, just honest conversations, patience, and a real effort to help us get exactly what we were looking for. What made this experience especially meaningful was the continuity and personal touch. We’ve worked with Autobahn Motors in the past and even came in previously without purchasing. During that visit, Feeras referred us to Jaime and when we came back this time, Jaime remembered us and remembered exactly what we were interested in. That level of care and attention truly stood out and made us feel valued as returning clients. They didn’t just help us get what we wanted, they helped us get more! One of the highlights for us was the thoughtful surprise of an AMG package instead of the usual keychains, which was such a cool and unexpected touch and really showed how much they care about the experience, not just the transaction. We’ve purchased multiple Mercedes vehicles in the past, including from the Fremont and Sacramento locations, but the experience we had here was on a completely different level, truly not comparable. That difference is exactly why we continue coming back to Autobahn Motors in Belmont. Feeras played a huge role in helping make this deal come together. Even though working through the numbers can naturally be stressful, his support, honesty, and persistence truly helped turn our dream car into a reality, and we genuinely appreciate the effort he put in behind the scenes. And Carol, where do I even start? Carol Wong can do no wrong lol. She handled our paperwork and warranty packages and somehow managed to make the entire process fun. She is knowledgeable, hilarious, and an absolute joy to work with. Signing paperwork has never been that enjoyable. We drove away in a fully loaded 2025 GLC 63S, and we couldn’t be happier. We’re beyond excited to enjoy this car and already know we’ll be back when it’s time to upgrade to our GLE 63S. Thank you again to Jaime, Niko, Feeras, and Carol for such an amazing experience.
