It was a truly amazing experience working with Autocom, Salim is a legend! We live in the Yukon and have been looking at getting a Mitsubishi Delica for a long time, but we always had difficulty finding one because we are so remote. From the very beginning of talking with Salim he was ready to help with anything we needed. He is always completely transparent, and does his best to help you find exactly what you are looking for. You can tell that it is more than just a business for him, Salim loves what he does and it was so fun working through the entire process with him. His attention to detail and focus on customer satisfaction is on another level. Despite being incredibly busy, he always makes time to answer any questions and ensure you are being taken care of. He even picked us up from the airport when we flew into town to look at the van. You will see very quickly that he puts people’s experience and satisfaction above all else. Salim stands behind his company and supports you beyond the sale which is awesome for imported vehicles that have some difficulties like sourcing parts / maintenance etc, it’s nice to know he is there to support you with his expertise. Autocom Motors provided the best customer service we have ever experienced! This is especially noteworthy given that our purchase was done from a distance. Right away, Salim offered us a very reasonable and fair price on a hard to find Jumbo Daihatsu Hijet, correctly noting that a good deal is when both sides are happy. Salim then went above and beyond to communicate thoroughly every step of the way. We received multiple live video tours of the vehicle, clear explanations, many photos, and regular updates. Salim clearly wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the purchase and understood every dimension of the vehicle and the process.
He told us that he approaches each vehicle as if he was the buyer, meticulously preparing it for us with oil change, new break pads, wheel alignment and even cutting a spare key. He found and arranged a very affordable company to ship the vehicle to our location in Golden. We are so pleased with the vehicle.

I have nothing but great things to say about Salim at Autocom JDM and his dedication to finding the right fit for my family. He sourced me a 2005 Toyota Camroad AWD Diesel from Japan and went above and beyond explaining every step of the process upfront. I live in Ontario, Canada. I flew to Vancouver to pick up the vehicle and drove it home over 8 days, stopping at multiple national parks and KOAs along the way — the fact that the trip went so smoothly speaks volumes about the quality of the vehicle Salim delivered. He even helped me source parts for a few items that needed attention after the long journey from Japan. The before, during, and after-sales support has been nothing short of stellar. Salim and Sonny managed to fix my 2000 Toyota Granvia when no other shops could do it. I would recommend him 100%, I will definitely trust him to fix my car when the time comes again. Finding parts was extremely difficult on my own, and he guided me where to get it, and also gave me a very fair price on parts he had previously imported himself. Very good communicator, he sent me 20+ photos of the issue and explained everything in detail. Phoned me frequently to give me updates. Cannot recommend him enough for any JDM purchases and repairs. 12/10
