Again, this is only our personal experience, and everyone’s situation can be different. But if there’s one thing I’d recommend to anyone buying a used vehicle, it’s this: Never rely only on the dealership inspection or test drive. Always take the vehicle to your own certified mechanic before signing anything. A lesson learned the hard way.

[EDITED] This is iteration two of my review for Autodome. My initial experience with Autodome was not a good one, however, I have come to learn it was an anomaly as far as Autodome experiences go. After being upset with them, their customer care team reached out to me to make things right. This step alone was enough to prove to me that they actually care about their customers (and potential customers). They listened to my frustrations, and did everything in their power to make the situation right. From that moment on, the buying experience from Autodome has been nothing short of stellar. Their effort has now resulted in my buying a vehicle from them, for a fair price, and all through a good experience. Their communication is great and the way they walk you through the whole buying process to make it easy for you makes the whole transaction run smooth. I will definitely check out their inventory first when considering making another vehicle purchase in future. Thanks Autodome team for proving that good customer service does exist.

My name is Dritan, I just bought a Ford escape form Autodome Mississauga. It was a very good experience, i got the vehicle i wanted. Sales person Sam and Hammi very helpful and very respectful. Showed me all i wanted to see and explained in details all the questions i had about the vehicle and pricing. The thing i liked the most in this dealership is that i didn't experience any fake treatment like we see nowadays almost everywhere. Everything was down to earth, no fake promises, no long waiting, no hidden agenda to rip you off. Price was on the car, and nothing else except it(Plus tax). Then finance manager Bernard takes over for final sale. Very respectful gentleman, treats you as a customer should be treated, nothing fake, down to earth, promises kept,car ready in 2 days with everything you agreed upon. Then when the car is yours, Manager Chad surprised me with a little gift and a very human conversation. thank you all of you guys for this experience. definitely would recommend Autodome Mississauga for anyone.

I purchased a Toyota SUV in February 2014 and had a fantastic experience. The sales staff were very friendly and not pushy at all. The best part about my experience was that there were a few cosmetic issues with the body (some that I pointed out and some that I did not) and when I came to pick up the vehicle, ALL of the issues that I had noticed were flawlessly repaired/fixed to the point where it looked like a brand new vehicle. It was at that point that I realized that this business is truly based on customer satisfaction and a high quality customer experience, which is likely why the ratings are so positive (which I had reviewed in advance and was happy about). All reviews were accurate - this is a great spot to get a quality used vehicle.

We seen a Ford Edge on Auto Trader and I sent AutoDome an email for more details. Within minutes Chad Howson called me with a response. I then knew then that he was interested in creating a relationship by calling instead of replying by email. Being new to Ontario it was easy to trust them because of how they dealt with the process of selling a vehicle. They do not fall in the same stereo type of car salesman. I have been in customer service for the past 18 years and I can easily say the staff at Autodome have what it takes on the correct level. They made us feel really good and comfortable about buying our new vehicle. I highly recommend folks to check them out!
