This is the third time I’ve brought my SUV in, and Boris has always been amazing. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about cars and, as a mechanic, he doesn’t just do the job for a paycheck, he genuinely cares about both the car and the customer. The first time I visited with my parents, I needed a car inspection because my husband was still at the sea, and I had just moved from Seattle to San Diego. I wanted to make sure my car was in good condition. Boris provided so much helpful information for my husband, and I initially forgot to check the air, water, and oil. Now, every time I visit, I’m so grateful for how thorough Boris is. He handles the maintenance, explains what we need to know, and gives us updates on what to expect in the future. Today, after inspecting the brakes, he walked me through our next steps. I also asked about the air, and he reminded me to add more oil since it was low again, something I had forgotten, oops! Thank you, Boris! It’s always worth coming here. I’m learning more about cars thanks to him, even though I only know how to drive and clean them hehe.

It's hard to find an honest, friendly and trustworthy shop these days. As a first time customer, Boris was very attentive to my car throughout the service. He also addressed a water pump leak which needed to be replaced. Because the car was still under warranty, he strongly recommended that I contact a VW dealer directly to get it replaced, and I did the next day. This was above and beyond customer service. Without hesitation, I would definitely recommend Boris to friends and colleagues that own VW or Audi cars.

I went in for a 40k mile service. Boris was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything before and after the service. He advised me on items that should be replaced right away and those that could wait. He even popped the hood to show me which fluid levels to keep an eye on. I will definitely be back!
