I traded in my F-350 that I bought new in 2013. The 2026 F-350 Dually that I purchased from Autofair Ford in Manchester was the first truck I bought in 13 years. AutoFair had the best optioned Dually for the best price. No pressure tactics, up front pricing and friendly staff. Shout out to Ben, my sales rep. He was fantastic.

We had a great experience buying a nice, clean, 2020 F-150 from AutoFair Ford. The dealership is a two-hour drive for us, but the advertised price was $1000's less than anything similar offered locally . Our salesperson, David Kelley, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the truck and took time to show us how to navigate through the various options & settings. The finance folks did their usual sales pitch, but were very nice and not too pushy. We eventually got an extended warrantee that we felt was fair at an okay price. The check engine light came on when we went to get the truck inspected in Massachusetts. The AutoFair Ford Used Car Manager worked with our local Ford dealer to get the issued fixed (bad evaporator bypass valve not covered by Ford Certified Gold or the optional extended warrantee) at no cost to us. 5-stars for the dealership, 3-stars for Ford's Gold Certified warrantee.

Pleasant experience accomplished at Auto Fair Ford at Manchester. I went in to explore an existing lease trade in for a new lease on a Ford Bronco Sport for my daughter. We had been working with Tyler over the phone prior to going to dealership. Arriving at the dealership with Tyler not there yet, we were met by salesman Brad. Brad was friendly and asked what we were in for. We explained we were working with Tyler on a trade in on a lease to try to get a new lease with similar cost. Brad worked with his manager Steve and presented us a reasonable deal. We had a few discussions to change a few minor details. Tyler arrived at this point and between the three, Tyler, Steve, and Brad we arrived a great deal. Brad then assisted in getting us to finances where we met Agai. Agai was calm and friendly and made the paperwork easy. After paperwork we went back to Brad who went over the new vehicle with my daughter and me. The keys were handed to us an we were off! The entire team at the Auto Fair Ford in Manchester made the car buying experience drama free with their professionalism. Thank you to everyone!
