Crooks. Do not recommend. Sold me a car that had been on recall. Car turned off while I was driving. Brought it back. They added the balance to my new loan as if it were a trade in. They call you 3 months after your bday to wish you a happy bday only to try and get you to come in and be taken advantage of again.

This is the third vehicle we have bought from Auto Flex. Chad did an amazing job finding us the right vehicles at the right price. Both me and my girlfriend wanted two new Jeep wranglers and he found us exactly what we were looking for down to the color, heated seats, and model etc. Chad stayed until 10pm waiting for us to drive up to Dallas from Houston and we can’t thank him enough. He also took care of our previous vehicles and finances. We highly recommended auto flex leasing and couldn’t be happier with the service Chad has provided us throughout the process each time. Quickest car purchase I have ever made! Entire purchase was literally made over the phone! Only time we went to the dealership was to test drive and pick up the car. Gabriella was absolutely PHENOMAL & highly recommend her! She will NOT disappoint! Thank you Gabriella/Autoflex!

Gabriella and the Auto Flex team are absolutely the best! So i was a little frustrated because I actually went to another dealership first who pulled a hard inquiry and couldn’t get me what I wanted or nothing close to it. I wish i would have came to Auto Flex first. I Talked to Gabriella over the phone who a friend referred me to and she actually got the approval process started in a matter of a few minutes over the phone without me even coming to Auto Flex. It was all but 30 minutes before she called me back and not only was i approved, but she matched me with the best vehicle that fitted my needs. I hurried to the dealership because i was ready to see this vehicle she just said they approved me for. We went for a test drive and it did not disappoint. Came back in to sign some paperwork, and was out. Gabriella made the whole car buying process fast, easy, and non stressful. She explained everything and went over all the paperwork that was being signed. I highly recommend her, she’s a professional and make the car buying experience a blast!
