Where do I begin? Just where? I was in the market for a good used car. I had a trade in available and a down payment. I was thinking since my credit took a little hit, I was good for a mid sided to regular trim full sized SUV. I went to the Car Guru website and started my search. Then I ran into a used Escalade (my dream vehicle) for an extremely affordable price. I looked at the pictures and some of them were very unimpressive. I saw this dealer after dealer. Not all… but enough. It’s odd how a dealer wants to make their money by selling cars via pictures of dirty cars. However, since I saw a few Escalades at great prices, I narrowed my search and found an excellent deal at AutoGiantUsa. I searched their inventory and their vehicles were very clean. The pictures alone prevented me from wanting to scroll. Then there she was…. My Escalade…. Just in my budget, but credit wise…….well….. but I gave it a try anyway. INSERT NOLAN: While other sales people just gave up on me, Nolan communicated with me the entire process via texts and calls. Bank after bank said no unless I had an absolute crazy down payment. ( this is the part other sales people give up) Nolan continued working with the banks and guess what? Today I’m driving in my Escalade with low monthly payments. Thank you so much Nolan and crew at AutoGiantUSA EDIT: I forgot to add, the customer experience that I’ve had dealing with Nolan was top class. You see, how a representative takes care of a customer means a great deal. Nolan treated me as though he was the owner. By saying that I mean that he gave that personal care. He treated me as though he was the previous owner of the used cars with his knowledge of the car. He made the process seemless and made me feel valued as a customer. I highly recommend buying your next car at AutoGiantusa.

Everyone I dealt with including the financial advisor, Dylan, was amazing. Took the vehicle before purchase to my personal mechanics to have it inspected and everything came back A1.
