I recently took my A4 Allroad to AutoHaus for a Spring service. Pete and Dave were incredibly easy to work with. They were punctual, efficient, and knowledgeable. They even gave me some helpful tips to prolong the life of my vehicle. I’ll definitely be back!

I troll the internet once a year searching for a RS4 coupe 2008 imola yellow. This was the year where I found a few on the market. I had a few options to choose from. I made the best choice by going with AUTOHAUS, Dave spoke from his expertise of the Vehicle and I never felt pressured to purchase the Vehicle. Flying 3k miles to purchase a vehicle was bucket list item of mine, and I have to say from AUTOHAUS picking me up from the airport to taking me to my Hotel, I felt welcomed. I felt I bought the best RS4 2008 Imola Yellow vehicle on the Market. Dave took pictures of my vehicle being load on the trailer and he took pictures of the miles of the car when being loaded on the trailer as an extra courtesy and professionalism that I would not expected because the vehicle was purchased days prior. Needles to say I felt well taken care of. I would buy from AUTOHAUS again in the future, I had a great experience. Taking my model car dream and making it a reality with zero pressure to purchase and 100 percent professionalism and expertise of dealing with Audi Brand. I will NEVER, NEVER, NEVER set foot in Auto Haus again!!!! And I recommend that you do the same. Dave treated me like a shill, a sucker, an idiot, a know nothing! The car seemed ok when I first saw it, (of course, I’d prepaid for the car as is the Auto Haus policy, and trusted Dave to look at the car to make sure that it was “everything I’d asked for.” He said it was. IT WAS NOT!!! After driving her a day or two, I realized that the car mis-fired when accelerating hard. (Dave said that was normal!) There was a speed dependent rotational vibration when driving that he denied existed, “you’re not feeling that” he said! I said “what?” There were TWO bent rims. There was clearcoat overspray on the hood and windshield which he first told me I didn’t see, and then had it repaired because it was, in fact there! And when the cover-up air freshener wore off, you could smell the cigar smoke. My number 1, top priority was that car had not been smoked in. So he just old me that I didn’t smell old smoke. The detailer who I paid to clean it said that it was undeniably a smoker’s car. Removing the smoke smell cost me $350. The Tune-up at Audi to fix the mid-fire at was $1,300. Fixing the bent rims was $250 All I expected was to be treated honestly like a knowledgeable adult, but ended up feeling cheated. If you shop there, “Caveat ”Emptor”…. Let the Buyer Beware!!! Don’t get cheated like I did.

This review is in part on my mother's experience. Dave and Pete are far and away "best of the best". They don't sell you a car. They sell you your car. If they don't have it they will find it. We have had 3 and purchased 2 Audi TT's from here. After having the 1st one from an Audi dealer. Dave noticed right away the timing belt was off. This was serviced 3 times by another "audi" dealer. Within an hour it was all done ready to be driven. We traded, Dave found one from North Carolina and it was an exceptional car. Not only are they helpful, but caring, honest, and great people.

I found Autohaus through CarGurus and contacted them. After speaking with Dave, had the confidence to just pull the trigger on a RS5 I have been looking for without looking at it. Bought it and had it shipped to NJ 300 miles away. Picked it up yesterday and it's as he has described. Dave is very professional, real and has high integrity. No hidden fees, just easy to deal with, says what he means and no car dealer surprises. Wish there were more guys like this in the industry. A++++++
