Couldn't be happier. Mine was a tricky one, but I worked with Marcus and he was able to get me my car with a prime lender and lower interest rate from my previous car. Marcus took the time to I needed to make a decision, he wasn't pushy at all. The car was nice and clean and shiny wouldn't know it was a used car. I definitely would recommend this dealer and Marcus.

The vehicle had some issues when I test drove it and Bradie and team made sure the vehicle was in great working condition and took care of all my accommodations while waiting for the vehicle to be fixed.

My first ever car I had for 7 years and loved so much, died a few weeks ago for good. I was extremely stressed out and upset. But working with Kyle and Tiffany was such a positive experience. Kyle was so friendly, so reassuring, and answered all our questions about options. His upbeat attitude helped ease my nervousness. When I decided on the one I was interested in, I didn’t have to wait to speak with someone about financing or set up another appointment that day, he immediately got me in to see Tiffany which was great since we were from further out of town and I had to work around my work schedule to get there and being driven in. Tiffany was so lovely, informative and accommodating. They were able to get this deal done quickly for me so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle too long, and they were both very communicative throughout the process which made me feel much better and more at ease that this was actively happening and I would have a good vehicle soon. Overall, they just made such a stressful time much less stressful for me and my family. I am so thrilled with my 2017 Volkswagen Golf and very happy and comfortable that I get to drive another Volkswagen since that is what I was used to. My loved ones have peace of mind that I am in something safe. The car feels brand new and I feel safe and secure on the roads, and they were able to give me a realistic and do-able financing plan. Would highly recommend them, and so grateful to them for helping me with finding a car I love again.
