Traded a well running 2013 diesel truck to down size for a 2020 gasoline truck at the dealership beside Kia of Amarillo. Week one transmission was having issues so salesperson Cory had me take truck in after being assured issue would be fixed. Had to move out of town the next week so I was rushing. Got to new city for work and transmission completely failed. Truck did not make 4K miles in my possession. Have tried to contact CEO and manager of all Auto Inc locations and no reply at all. We know the risk of buying or trading used vehicles but unfortunately I got a real lemon. Be careful with these guys because when the vehicle leaves the lot, they will not even answer your calls. Choice is always yours as was mine but the least they could have done was get in contact with me. Now I have a yard ornament with a large monthly payment that won’t even get me to work.

Terrible experience with the service department at Tri State Ford in Amarillo. Not one step of the process was without major issues. It took three visits for the issue to be properly diagnosed, even though I had asked them to check it on the first visit. The truck was robbed while in their shop. My personal property was stolen and the inside was trashed. Once the work was completed, there were parts that weren't reinstalled correctly, causing the need for more repairs, and some were left completely off of the truck. I had to go back to claim my engine cover and reinstall it. Then I noticed it was leaking coolant from the water pump that they had just replaced. I took it to another Ford dealer at this point, and was told that Tri State Ford had used the wrong sealant, and that caused the leak. I was also told that because the wrong sealant was used, it wouldn't be covered under parts warranty. The truck was already torn down, so I had no choice but to have Gene Messer complete the work. I spoke to Tim Turley, who is the general manager at Tri State Ford. He claims that they are not responsible for the bill to repair the damage his shop caused. I will be pursuing this much further, but if you are thinking of having your vehicle worked on at Tri State Ford, my advise is DON"T! My experience is that their shop staff is terribly unqualified, and their management doesn't care.

TEXAS DODGE (a company belonging to AUTO INC). Im horrified that your service advisor (Jase) would tell me to track down a nut that (upper ball joint) was missing myself, then tell me to drive the vehicle in with the nut missing. Keep in mind, its been in several times for oil changes and tire rotations (safety inspections?) and even had the strut replaced by your company inches away from the missing nut. The nut has a silicone liner preventing it from coming loose. So it was either never there or left off during the strut replacement. Then when I told him how unprofessional he was being he laughed at me and told me I could buy a nut for $6, that it would be there when I drove in. When I arrived the guy with the beard in service was with a mechanic when I asked him about the nut (check you security cameras). I will gladly come in and point then out to you. He said he knew nothing about it. Then a few minutes after I go back into the show room he comes out saying that he knows all about the nut and their closed. Ive called Chrysler and have began posting the video and describing my experience online and will be in contact with Auto Inc tomorrow as my truck and trailer will be unusable forcing me to stay home. How do you employ service personnel that laugh at people about safety issues with their car and tell them to drive it anyways?(Criminal Neglect?) How do you employ service advisors that are willing to cover up other gross negligence style practices by lying ( assisting) ? If they will lie to me they certainly will to you. Truck is a 2020 with 26,000 miles on it Update: Apparently Jonny Beruman thinks it’s no big deal when Auto Inc Kia inappropriately hands out privacy protected information. When he gets a report that this has happened, he immediately starts lying to cover up company wrongdoing. Kevin Wilson (owner) was made aware of this. Not cool, or legal, to hand out private and protected information to your subcontractors. Hoping that the state steps in soon, or has already stepped in, to address the issues with these subcontractors and employees.

Most horrible experience of my life! And now they want to make things right by giving me rebates that are offered to everyone! This shows me how much they really don't want to make it right!
