My original interaction with Makan was through Facebook. I originally asked about financing options, and he told me it was $100 to apply. Compared to most traditional dealerships, I found this very odd. He then proceeded to tell me multiple times that I wouldn’t be approved; I reassured him, I had zero issues with approval. He told me to apply with Westlake on my own time, and show him the “voucher”. I called Westlake, their preferred lender, and I was approved quickly. They had issues getting me exact numbers, because he did not have a price on the website. As I explained this to him, he made the price $2,000 more on the website compared to what was advertised on Facebook marketplace. He also said I would have to wait 24-48 hours for them to release the vehicle after the transaction was made. I’ve bought 4 vehicles in the past 365 days- some financed, some paid in cash. This was by far the strangest interaction I’ve ever had. Shop at your own risk.

A Warning to Future Buyers Nearly two years later, I am still discovering new problems with the car I purchased here, and I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. At the time of purchase, the dealer seemed personable, and the price appeared fair. But what wasn’t wrong with this car? I was told the passenger-side panels and door had been replaced in-house, with full confidence in the quality of the work. Three months later, the passenger window began making strange noises. When I reached out, I was told it was “fine.” Within a week, the window stopped working entirely. When I asked if the repair would be covered—given it was their own shop’s work—I was told: “We aren’t a mechanic shop. I can recommend one, that’s it.” If this business is not a mechanic shop and does not guarantee its work, why perform major mechanical and structural repairs before selling vehicles? The problems only grew worse. I was told the car had “never been smoked in.” Once the new car smell faded, it was clear that was untrue—and despite ozone treatment and every cleaning trick, the smoke smell remains. Other issues: Oil pan leak Spark plugs/ignition coils/system flush shortly after purchase Axle bearing joints leaking Passenger-side keyless entry never functional Pieces of glass regularly blowing from the passenger air vent Peeling paint on the front and overspray across the rear But what happened today crossed into dangerous territory. While driving home, the entire steering column seemed to disintegrate in my hands. The bottom panel popped off (supposed to be screwed in—no screws present), the top panel detached, and the tilt lever to adjust the wheel literally fell to the floor. The steering wheel became free-floating—completely unsafe. Upon closer inspection, I discovered the tilt lever had been glued onto the steering column. Glued. A critical safety component. To correct this, I may now need to replace the entire steering column assembly. When I purchased the vehicle, the dealer boasted about how much money he makes and how knowledgeable he is—“You have to know what you’re doing in this business.” My experience proves otherwise. Do not buy from this dealer.

Called a head of the time to schedule appointment got paperwork done over the phone cad was shipped to us with no issue, exactly like what it was on video and picture ,definitely recommend them
