Autoland Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I called requesting copies of my finance and service contract documents for my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee purchase, and unfortunately the interaction was very unpleasant with Orin McKay. I was simply trying to understand what optional products and coverage I purchased, but I was treated as if I was being difficult for asking basic questions. The representative repeatedly misspelled acronyms and then denied saying them incorrectly, which made the conversation even more confusing. When I explained that my bank did not have the documents I needed which is why I contacted the dealership directly I was dismissed instead of assisted professionally. I understand not everyone has every answer immediately, but customer service and communication matter. A little patience and professionalism would have made a big difference.

I used to go to a different closer Dodge for service and had nothing but horrible experiences. We decided to try Autoland. The service is top notch. Constant updates and communication. Efficient, friendly and both visits the reps were above and beyond (Angelina & Joseph). Highly recommend.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience at Autoland Toyota Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Knolan helped me when I came in for an oil change and his customer service was excellent. He took the time to explain everything to me in a clear and respectful way, which I really appreciated. He was professional, patient, and made me feel very comfortable during the whole visit. It’s not often you come across someone who truly cares about helping customers and doing their job well. Thank you, Knolan, for the great service!

Looking through the reviews, I noticed the dealership seems to give the exact same generic response to nearly every negative review. It comes across as very automated and impersonal. Instead of actually addressing people’s concerns, the responses just mention that “other customers had five-star experiences” and provide a phone number. That kind of response doesn’t make customers feel heard or valued it makes it seem like complaints are being brushed off with a copy-and-paste template. If customer service is truly important, responses should acknowledge the specific concern being raised instead of sending the same scripted message to everyone. Do better, Autoland. SMH
