I just bought my second vehicle from the youngsville location 2 weeks ago. The reason I immediately looked at their inventory when I needed a new car is because I had such a great experience with them the first go round. My experience with my last vehicle was awesome as any problems I had they handled and after a day or two needing to be in the shop to be worked on for something if you need a rental they'll put you in something to drive. They worked with me via text and over the phone both times and we worked everything out other than the test drive and signing the paperwork that way I did not have to drive back and forth from Benson to youngsville. I made an appointment to go the day I drove my new car home two weeks ago so they would be expecting me and they had the cars to test drive ready and parked in front ready for me to drive. They are always very polite, know their business well, easy to work with and one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had both times. If you are looking for a new to you car check them out, they have three locations in Henderson, youngsville and Wilson and the car I ended up with was in Henderson and they had it brought from there the day before so it would be in youngsville for me to test drive. They used to do the free oil changes as long as you were paying off the loan but now they have started charging $25 for the oil change but as I told them that day that's still a heck of a lot better than the 75 to 100 dollars that I would pay taking it to my mechanic for an oil change. Check out the inventory they have and all three stores on their website and then send them a message and they will do everything possible to help and they did so with great patience working around my crazy work schedule..

Amazing people to work with. Originally started working with Victor at the Henderson location but completed my purchase with Matt at the Youngsville location. Victor was very informative and helpful. Matt went above and beyond to get me out the door in a car and made it happen.

All of the staff in this place are incredible! Everyone was so welcoming and willing to help you! My experience at this place was definitely excellent! I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I would definitely recommend Auto Max to anyone who needs to buy a car. These guys are awesome!
