I'm not going to throw 1 person under the bus, maybe it's an organizational issue. We made a $10,000 down-payment on a vehicle 26 Feb via wire transfer(transaction was made and confirm received within an hour). The week prior, the rep would reach out every other day to see when we were going finalize the down payment. After the payment was received we were unable to reach our sales rep for the next 2 days, they didn't respond to our texts nor VMs. Finally, We decided to call the office instead, spoke to someone, explained that we're looking to see when we could pickup the vehicle. He said the rep is out for a few days and he would look into it and call me back. He called back and the first thing came out of his mouth was "we just received the down-payment, it takes 48hrs to show up, now we have to schedule an appointment to get the car registered. I said no sir, that's a lie, payment was received 2 days ago. He said, oh I don't know, our rep has been out off the office, we will schedule an appointment to get the vehicle registered and give you a call back. An hour later our rep (the one we couldn't reach) sent a screenshot for a registration appointment for 6 March (8 DAYS after the payment was finalized). We responded immediately to ask if we could meet him at the DMV( 15mins from where we'll be) to retrieve the vehicle as soon as its registered. He still hasnt responded, (he ghost us again). I will just have to drive the 1.5hr back to the dealership. This is such an inconvenience, we were expecting to have the vehicle in our possession a day or 2 after our down-payment, not 8 days. We were expecting the same responsive energy throughout the entire process, not only up until payment was received.

Apparently you need an appointment to buy car. Treated my kid like crap. They waited 30 minutes and in less rush than that they went to another dealership and bought a car. Read about their recent legal battles when going to leave a review. Looks like we dodged a bullet.,
