I could leave 0 stars, we went to buy a car, with a certai buget, we did not even saw a car and they checked our credit score, without telling us would be on Equifax , a hard one,we did not know either that this could affect out credit score. All the cars we would be interested in, " are already reserved " despite being still on the site as available . Trying to find us a car within 4000-6000 over our budget. We lost 3 hours only to see cars on the website, but none in reality. The financial director came after us, telling us the the interest is 10% despite our credit score being very good .. Even tje bank would give us a better interest Do not lose your time going there, go somewhere else!!

Be careful, sales rep attempted to add additional fees on top of advertised price. Claimed 250$ was the cost to plate the car, which is not true in the province of Quebec and illegal to do. Know your rights and protect yourselves. I will be filing a report with the OCP following this review.

Got my loan approved and picked up my car within a week! Service was super quick, the team is very nice, both Romain and Johnny were accommodating to the best of their abilities, I'm in love with my new Lexus!! They have good quality cars with decent mileage

Felix provided an excellent service for my step daughter's new car. He was up front and transparent "like cleaned glass" ;) No pressure was felt or imposed either. Overall great experience
