My sales guy was young super nice and honest and I felt bad buying somewhere else, but the offer they made for my vehicle was a joke... I was offered 11$k so I went to Cornwall ( Drove 1hr to get there) Ford and they offered me 18$k... Tell me , was the manager at automobiledirect being honest, 7k.Difference .. you be the judge, dosnt make sence to me... So I bought my vehicle at Ford in Corwall... Beautiful Red Warlock

Very disappointed with the service. I've been trying to purchase a vehicle through them for weeks, but I've had no updates or responses from the employee handling my file. It's very unprofessional to ghost potential customers without any follow-up or explanation. Better communication would have been appreciated.
