Worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Straight up shady. They’ll tell you anything just to close the deal, then disappear when problems show up. The car had issues almost immediately and they acted like it wasn’t their problem. Zero accountability, zero professionalism. Honestly feels like they take advantage of people who don’t know better. Stay far away. Now because of Mathieu i have to get a new engine. Stay far away!!!

We phoned and talked to the staff. the man was not able to speak English, but his wife could translate well. They ASSURED us there were no mechanical issues with the car we were interested in, a Hyundai Elantra. We were very clear that we had to drive for 3 hours to see the car, and we very clearly told then that my husband was a mechanic and would inspect the car for problems. the wife said"no problem with the vehicle, if there was, my husband would tell me" We drove to see the car. the car had major issues. My husband uncovered the problems, then the staff man came out of the office with a paper that had a list of several issues adding up to $500. This was an understatement. The cost was much higher, as both shock towers needed to be replaced too. They were only willing to take $100 off the price, when the repairs would be more that $1,000. We drove back home without a car. 6 hours of driving and a whole day wasted for nothing. I suspect that these people thought that we were the usual people, we would buy the car and go home, unsuspecting of all the problems it had. Very unethical.

Thanks to Mickael Bouchard, a really friendly and honest Frenchman, excellent service! We bought an Audi S5 at a great price, everything was clear with all the details, truly top-notch, a fantastic job! Highly recommended if you're worried about being kept in the dark! I'll be back as soon as possible for the next one :)
