I bought a 30K truck with a wrecked engine. Luckily, I had it inspected by another garage because they didn't see anything wrong with it during their pre-purchase inspection. Very few people bother to have a vehicle inspected after buying it from a dealership; luckily, I did. I got a full refund, but the fact remains that their mechanic/inspector isn't qualified. A lot of wasted time with all of this. Don't buy a used vehicle from them.

I haven't personally had the privilege of dealing with them, but I've witnessed the results of their expertise. Sending a $4,000 bill to an elderly person for a flat tire on an old clunker that probably won't even last the year anyway. Even for a car salesman, that's not smart. They've really sunk low. A sensible person would have sold him a vehicle he could afford. I dare say that's what your father would have done. I recommend everyone steer clear of them. Drive carefully!
