No high pressure at all, patient while I contemplated all aspects of my purchase, friendly, informative, and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience at Automotive Ave. in Wall, NJ. Mike Tiedemann, our sales associate was awesome. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the F150 we were there to see. He kept in contact with us and had the truck fueled up and ready for us to test drive as soon as we arrived, as he knew we were traveling 1 ½ hours to see this specific vehicle. There was need to haggle, the price was unbeatable and there were no hidden fees at all. The entire team made us aware of options that we could purchase with absolutely no pressure to buy. We did purchase the extended warranty they offered, but we had intended on doing that even before arriving, We just didn’t think the price was gonna be as good as it was. But they knocked it out of the ballpark. Not to mention that we came with our own financing, which they were totally fine with, however, they offered to see if they could get us a better rate. I didn’t think they could, but to my surprise- yes they did. We were in and out of the dealership with our Beautiful new truck in under three hours, soup to nuts. We will definitely be doing our future car buying with Automotive Avenues, no doubt. Thank you so much for the great experience.
