I recently purchased my 2025 Acura ADX from AutoNation Acura South Bay and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Keenan Parsons and General Sales Manager Damian Alisha went above and beyond to make the process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. They were professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure. I truly felt taken care of throughout the entire process, which made a big difference. Outstanding service through and through. Min was my sales consultant and I’m glad he was. He was beyond helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Leo the financial advisor was great as well. Acura Southbay was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. My only disappointment lies in the mix up with their call center/appointment line. I scheduled a service for the brake recall. When I showed up, I was told that the parts were not available which was annoying to hear after I made the trek there. This was my 1st visit at their location after calling several dealerships who had no openings. The tech offered no recourse or apology for the misinformation. However, Dave, the GM, was most helpful in expediting my routine inspection, getting me out of there about 45 mins sooner than the tech projected which included filling my wiper fluid. Michael, the other agent who was most courteous, reviewed the recommended repairs. It was nice that they washed my car as it needed it desperately. The GM also saw to it that I left with a full gas tank. How thoughtful and unexpected. What a pleasant end and an overall great experience. THANK YOU ALL for turning around an uncomfortable scenario and sending me away most content. I hope to be a buying customer in the future trading in my 'baby sedan" as I like to call her for another RL like I had 12 years ago.

Amazing experience at Power Acura in Torrance. The sales team of Jennifer and Jason Padilla was the best I’ve ever had…and I’ve bought a lot of cars. Jason has amazing knowledge about the fleet of vehicles. Definitely look for him. Super stoked to have the ZDX EV and a AMAZING deal. Steve in service has always been a rock star and Gabby is a pro. The combination of Acura quality, performance and this excellent dealership team is unbeatable. I felt very supported, not pushed AT ALL and felt welcomed. This is my 4th Acura and I will keep coming back.
