My vehicle needed an oil change, so I contacted them and was scheduled for an afternoon appointment on the same day. Although I sometimes visit other establishments for convenience, I consistently experience peace of mind when my car is serviced at this dealership. They maintain a professional demeanor, from the service department to the lobby, and most importantly, the mechanic consistently provides a video clip of their inspection and maintains communication throughout the service process. Jarred and Tony are the best people I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to car service. I lost my husband last year, and he had always handled all of our car maintenance. Because of that, my Acura’s care had been delayed, which led to one of the scariest road situations I’ve ever experienced personally. From the moment I came in, they made me feel completely comfortable and supported. They never once made me feel embarrassed or judged for not knowing much about car maintenance, even though I felt I deserved it! Their kindness, professionalism, and understanding meant more to me than I can express.
