I had the most "atypical" dealer experience at AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach. I was able to complete most of the transaction online with no pressure and on my terms. When I came to sign the final paperwork, again, there were no "hidden" fees and no pressure to buy any F&I products. I had mentioned that I did not want them upfront. John Hoover, the salesperson, was very knowledgeable about the product and even gave me a ride to return my other leased vehicle. Overall, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. I wish all dealers would adopt this style of interacting with customers.

Jack in the sales department was wonderful to work with. He was very knowledgeable about all the cars and patient with us while we decided between many car options. Mayara in the finance department was also wonderful and made the process smooth and efficient. We decided to buy a Cadillac after having such a great experience in service with my Dad’s car. Shoutout to Kamita in service for that!!
