The team was considerate, honest and explained everything. The buying experience was effortless and straight forward. I was not able to come into the store but made all decisions and arrangements via phone and text. Grayson is an excellent salesperson and was straight up with me from the start. I live 180 miles from the store, and my vehicle was delivered as promised with no issues except missing floor mats when I expected it! Financing was honest and fair and I feel I got a good deal on this vehicle. Thank you AutoNation. Since my first service is complementary, would I be able to take it to an AutoNation store in Tucson?

Ricardo Glean was excellent. He made the whole buying experience truly a worthwhile trip. I usually go to Chapman but they didn't have the particular truck I was looking for and your place did. Mr Glean was east to talk with, motivated in a positive way and not pushy. He knew what we wanted and ultimately being realistic with numbers on both sides sealed the deal on both ends. Management made the buying easy as well with quick responses and the numbers we wanted to see. We will definitely be coming back and I will recommend arrowhead autonation to anyone. If the truck I want isn't in stock at autonation I'm optimistic your place and Mr. Glean can and will make it happen. 10 all across the board finance as well was quick and gimmicks.

We had a great experience when purchasing our new 2025 Nissan Ariya from Charles. We felt he went out of his way to help us and even came to our home to give us an overview of the features as the car did not come with an owners manual, which they are ordering for us. We leased an EV prior to this purchase and definitely wanted to stay electric. I would highly recommend giving AutoNation on west Bell Rd a look see, and ask for Charles. I believe she is very happy in our garage!

Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I've had. Richard was professional, responsive, and easy to work with from start to finish. I appreciated being able to communicate primarily by text and email, which made the process efficient and low pressure. The pricing was transparent, my questions were answered clearly, and there was no pressure to purchase additional products in finance. Everyone respected my time and kept the process straightforward. I especially appreciated AutoNation's volume-based approach and focus on making the buying experience simple. I would gladly work with Richard again and would recommend this dealership to others.

I would highly recommend Autonation Chevrolet! We got the pleasure of working with Charles and he was amazing! We got the times wrong and arrived an hour before the sales office opened. After asking Charles a question he told us not to worry about it and that he would take care of us. The truck we wanted to purchase was not at the Peoria location so he found the exact same truck just a different color for us to test drive. He went over everything that was included and all of the features that the truck we were interested in had. After deciding we did indeed want the truck we found online, Charles had someone go pick it up from the Gilbert location for us. He kept us up to date throughout the whole process and even took us to the back to see it before it got detailed. Charles filled the truck up and went over how to work everything before leaving the lot. Got us paired to Apple car play too! Working with Charles was a wonderful experience he was incredibly knowledgeable, answered every question to our satisfaction, and was so nice to help us before the sales office actually opened! 5 stars!!
