He didn’t just give me the keys when it was time to drive off with my new Tahoe. He set me up on the Chevy app and went over so many details that I missed the previous time around. I had a great experience purchasing my 2022 Kia telluride. The staff was very accommodating and the sales team did everything they could to get my payments where I want it. The process went smoothly and fairly quickly, at least quicker than buying a car normally does. The process wasn’t too bad nor did I have to be in the dealership for hours on end. Vehicle runs nicely, despite 1 minor issue(which they are willing to assist with)with great features. Only issue was that my suv was not ready when I signed and had to return days later for pickup. Great guest services,make sure you ask for HARVIN M. He will literally assist you on his off days! Oh and Mr. Ricardo is super easy to talk to and explain anything to you. Definitely recommend them

If you ever want to be stuck in a vehicle, their 5-day money-back guarantee is not what you might think. A vehicle should not be listed for sale or offered to a customer until it is 100% ready to go home with them. They send you home with a loaner for over a week. Then you pick up a cash-purchased used vehicle, and it is wet inside and smells. Not to mention, the service light is on as well. When you are given the guarantee that the 5-day money back is upon taking possession of the vehicle and only have it for less than 24 hours, as well as all the proof showing the vehicle was not ready due to no fault of the customer, that in itself should cancel out any deals made. But the worst part of it is paying over $11,000 cash and only being given $9,000 for the vehicle. This is the place I first thought was different from other dealerships. There were only two individuals who honestly cared, and I will not reveal their names. I do not recommend it at all! Stay away at all costs from here, or you will either be stuck with an unsafe vehicle or paying too much for one.
