I had my corvette air-conditioning serviced, oiled changed, rims restored. Casi was my service Rep and she was incredible. I had Casi from an earlier service appointment and she is knowledgeable, genuinely interested in understanding my service needs. My original Service Rep retired, so I was skeptical which I am no more! from drop off to explaining the process, updates and follow though 5-star performance. I was kept informed, the work was on time, received quality workmanship from the Corvette specialist team and excellent service levels all around! Casi was in a word "Incredible" as my C7 Corvette Stingray is my baby! I will remain with Casi and look forward to working with Mesa Auto Nation Very satisfied Jimmy L.

I had an appointment at 9am for a recall fix. I arrived on time but the check-in was delayed for close to 15 minutes as there was only one advisor working while there were several people to check you in. Apparently that’s all they can do. The coffee machine was not working, but water and fresh popcorn was provided. The fix went faster than expected so I appreciated that for sure.

Everyone was so great! We got the pleasure to work with Manny in sales and Brandon in finance which we ended up purchasing a 2026 Chevy equinox and we couldn't have wished for a better experience! Manny and Brandon both were so informative and we really appreciated that they were not pushy on anything. We will definitely be back for all of our future vehicle purchases
