We order a 2026 2lt Corvette a couple of months ago the Mr Jorge ZO6 Estor. We took delivery yesterday. We were so happy with the service and attention we received from Jorge. Financing was a breeze it was quick and easy. The delivery of the vehicle was outstanding. Jorge took his time with me setting up my onstar and going over all the different features on my new Corvette. I must say this was easiest new car purchase I've ever made.

Just experienced some of the worst customer service at Chevrolet Pines. I brought my car in this past Saturday for a 10 AM appointment for an oil change, and also mentioned a slow leak in one of my tires that I’d been refilling every morning for the past week. I wasn’t even seen for the first 20 minutes, and when I finally got an advisor, Juan V., he didn’t greet me or ask why I was there—he just started pushing paperwork toward me. When I asked if he knew why I was there, he said “for an oil change.” I had to tell him about the tire issue myself, and he responded that it wasn’t written down. That could’ve easily been avoided if he had just asked. He told me the service would take 2–3 hours, so I went home and asked them to call me if anything came up. About three hours later, I received a text with a video update saying the oil was changed and the tire was “fine.” I replied explaining that the tire had been losing air every day and was low again that morning. Two hours later, they finally called to say they found a nail in the tire and wouldn’t charge me because of the delay. At that point, it had already been about six hours since I dropped off the car. When I picked it up, I noticed the tire pressure was still low—not flat, but clearly not properly refilled. The next morning, the tire pressure had dropped to 20 PSI. So after leaving my car there all day, the main issue still wasn’t actually fixed. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I won’t be bringing my car back here again.

A very good dealership with excellent customer service. We have already purchased two cars from this dealer: one used vehicle—our son's first car—which he has owned for two years now and which has proven to be very reliable; and the other, a spectacular 2026 Chevrolet Traverse. Victor Espinel was our salesperson on both occasions and helped us tremendously throughout the entire process; his kindness and patience are exactly what a customer always hopes for.
