Absolutely terrible business practices. I called ahead, confirmed a price on a used car, and booked an appointment. On my 1.5-hour drive there, they called to tell me the price went up by $8,000. Unbelievable. Disrespectful of people's time and completely dishonest. Stay away from this place.

Staff at the Oceanside repair facility was friendly and informative. Although the phone number to book an appointment was as bad of service as I have ever had in my life. Rude, wouldn’t answer questions, only angrily asked me if I was booking or not. Wouldn’t give me info on my recall, wouldn’t even acknowledge that I asked the question. I mentioned it was a Ram truck and he still booked me at the Carlsbad location that doesn’t do trucks. Wasted 2+ hours of my wife and my day just to go back and book on the online tool. Oceanside truck location though was awesome. Fast and friendly service
