High praises throughout the entire experience. I called for a Service appointment and was immediately scheduled for a space in less than 2 days! I was greeted, and my Ram was taken back to be repaired. I received a text from the service tech who invited me to ask any questions. Later, I received a text with a video of what he was seeing; the exact thing I asked for. Nicholas came to me in less than 2 hours and explained everything to me. Nicholas is very competent, confident, professional, and also friendly and personable. The recall issue was corrected at no charge to me. There is a plastic clip to hold the visor up in the ceiling. Both happen to be broken, despite that I only use them periodically to hold my sunshade in the window. To fix those small pieces, the entire visors have to be replaced, at $780! I said no thank you to that. Nicholas completely understood. The dealership is clean, spacious, and has a lot of comfortable seating available. They even have a nice food counter! Wow. So, overall, a great experience being helped here.

What a fabulous experience with this dealer. We just bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee in metro Detroit (Michigan). Drove to Hilton Head for a 10 day stay. Woke up on our (sad) day of departure and discovered a flat tire with a nail visible in the side wall. Put on the spare and as we left the island called this dealer. Had a 12:20 appointment but we pulled in at 10am. They have a cafe where we had a homemade breakfast that was delicious while they replaced our tire and put the spare back underneath. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. We were on the road within an hour. Really appreciate Ginger and our sweet chef as well. Great selection of vehicles here too. Thank you!
