Thank you Arden for helping with the purchase of my new 2026 Ram Laramie 2500. I will stop in to see you for that gas and wash you promised on my way the Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. My only issue was the battery dying on me the 3rd in a brand new truck. It was replaced by AutoNation Spring which is closer to my house. The process was smooth for me.

Everything was great with my experience with this buying experience except that the truck didn't come with a full tank of gas and the DEF was below half full. They would have gotten five stars from me if that would have happened. This is the first time I've ever bought a brand new vehicle and it didn't come with a full tank of gas.

Took my truck in for service. Getting a rental was easy and straight forward. When it came time to pick up my truck, the rental return was easy. I had to use the rental a few extra days but AutoNation picked up the additional days at no cost to me other than the insurance cost I decided to pay for. Very easy to work with. Thanks!
