Coming to this dealership was very exciting and phenomenal. I’m a texas native drove from Virginia just to make a purchase the entire team was respectful and congratulating me for my purchase. Went to a different dealership at first but the car that I was looking at wasn’t ready so I made this the last stop but was my first option and I’m glad I did make it. The car was pulled up in front before I even got there even when I was late but better late than never and never late is better. Thanks again yahir! I’m definitely coming back for my next purchase.

To start off, I purchased a used 2022 Ford F150 raptor from Autonation North Richland Hills. Amari and Jordan were great in helping me purchase a truck. Now here’s where the real kicker is, Payton from the title department was absolutely amazing. He managed to get my registration switched from one state to another and have my plates to me within three weeks. Every interaction I’ve had with him was professional, open-minded, and 100% honest. If anyone is looking to buy a vehicle from this place, definitely give them your business.

I’ve been an AutoNation customer for over 6 years, and experienced the best customer service from AN CJDR North Richland Hills. I decided to trade-in my 2022 Jeep Compass for a 2026 Jeep Compass because I needed a power liftgate and loved the panoramic sunroof. I originally went to another AN location, but because of the effort and diligence of the Sales Team at NRH, I decided to trade with Eli, the Sales Manager, and Yahir, the Sales Associate. They made sure I received the most for my trade-in, maintained clear communication and made my transition seamless. The Finance Manager, Anthony also did an amazing job documenting everything effectively, maintaining clear and friendly communication, and offering the service protection plans (SN: I’ve always had a great experience using their protection plans, at their service department, particularly with the Service Manager, Dominique). I don’t typically leave reviews, but I had to because they’ve diligently maintained my business at this location. My daughter loves our new Jeep!

I stopped by AutoNation in Fort Worth to look at Jeep Gladiator Rubicon. Their Salesman “Kaiden” was extremely polite and courteous. He answered all of our questions and provided us with some n depth information on the vehicle. We started to leave and think it over several times, but he was able to reach a deal that we couldn’t walk away from. Got us a 2026 Gladiator Rubicon. The whole team at Autonstion was professional and freindly.’l Awesome crew!
