I had an excellent experience purchasing my brand-new truck from this dealership. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. So my experience starts with Auto Nation Honda on March 31, 2026. The same place where I purchased my vehicle(Jeep Renegade 2019) a year ago this time. I brought my vehicle here up to this point for basic inspection and oil change with no problem. So at this time it was an oil change, tire rotation and key lobe battery replacement. A week later started to overheat. Called Advisor Isaiah to make an appointment to find out what was wrong. On April 10, I was told it just needed a thermostat which would fix the situation. The installation done $1200 later I'm on the road again a week later still overheating. I returned to Auto Nation Honda only to be told by Service Managers Kevin Bonilla and Karina Mair that they were locked out of the Jeeps system and only a Jeep repairman can access.🤔 "We're Auto Nation Honda" So I said Under your know your vehicle statement Autonation Honda Hollywood wants it's customers to have the necessary information to make informed decisions. You didnt provide me that information before you put that thermostat in. He insisted/referred me to Auto Nation Jeep in Pembroke pines. Then it was the back and forth from AN Honda and AN Jeep on who was fixing what and paying and or authorizing repairs. Like I'm not understanding why am having to go through all this to get my car repaired. I still pay my note on time, full coverage insurance, extended warranty applicable and up to this point have maintained schedule maintenance. I finally asked to speak to Service Director and General Manager at Auto Nation Jeep/Chrysler. James Happel and Orlin Spaulding who referred me to yet another Service Manager LLona Tomas. Who hasn't gotten back to me yet with a definitive answer. Im at my wits end here gentleman, my car is my livelihood, I'm a caregiver for an elderly parent.( med appointments missed rescheduled,shopping needed) The response cannot continue to be " Apologies for the inconvenience, we'll let you know when approval releases are done." This is unacceptable, shame on all of you. Your expedient response (repairs complete) will be greatly appreciated. Patiently waiting, Greg V

What can I say that it hasn’t already. Today I had the pleasure of working with Barbara Hechavarria and Stephanie Sosa as I browse through their inventory and eventually landing on a vehicle that suited my needs. Barbara assured all the ends of the deal and paper work were done timely and with efficiency and Stephanie helped me go vehicle by vehicle until I was satisfied with my choice. They were expert in their field and there wasn’t a question they didn’t have an answer too. It was never an issue of “No” they worked around every barrier to get me what I wanted. To them and to the rest of the staff at autonation Pembroke, thank you so much for all your help. My daughter and I are extremely grateful to have worked with you.

After shopping at various Ram dealerships in South Florida, I must say that Stephanie Sosa provided the best service. She went above and beyond to make sure we found the exact vehicle I wanted with every option and then some. She allowed me to test drive both the V8 HEMI and the Hurricane, ultimately helping me make the right decision. She was very transparent with the numbers and did a great job negotiating to get me to the monthly payment I needed.
