We did a lot of research to find the exact vehicle that suited our needs. The staff, especially Gary Michaels, were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. One of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve had. Manager Mike made it easy and finance guru Carlos was very professional and proficient. I’d highly recommend them if you’re shopping for a vehicle. Unfortunately I would NOT recommend their service department.

I came in genuinely ready to buy a used 2018 Ford Edge ST, but the entire experience felt like a revolving door of sales tactics and manipulation attempts. Ryan the first salesman I spoke to especially relied on very obvious pressure tactics that were honestly hard to take seriously as someone who studied and reads behavior for a living. Not to mention, I was constantly passed between employees instead of dealing with one honest, consistent person, which immediately made the process feel disorganized and untrustworthy. The dealership’s pricing also felt misleading because the website out the door price did not clearly reflect an additional add-on package once discussions became more serious. They were also unwilling to negotiate despite the car having 94k miles, which means major maintenance services at 95k and 100k would realistically come up almost immediately for someone like me who drives for work full time. The car drove fine, but details like lingering rubber smell in the cabin after acceleration (that was brushed off by salesman) cracked side markers, missing tire valve stem caps, and white specks all over the black paint that were not easily removable made it clear the vehicle was not being presented with the level of care they were implying. Overall, the experience felt more focused on wearing the customer down than being transparent. I’d strongly recommend buyers inspect everything carefully and not let themselves get rushed or manipulated

Buyer beware. After purchasing a Toyota Tacoma from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Valencia, I discovered that nearly $1,500 in optional products had been included in my contract that I had not agreed to purchase. This required the financing to be redone and a replacement check to be issued by my credit union. After taking possession of the truck, I had it inspected by an independent mechanic who advised that both the brake pads and rotors were near the end of their useful life. I returned the vehicle under the dealership’s 5-day/250-mile return policy. The dealership had already negotiated my credit union’s check before the vehicle was returned. As of June 19, 2026, the loan remains active despite the vehicle having been returned on June 2, 2026. I have attempted to obtain updates from the dealership, but promised return calls were never received. I am currently escalating this matter to AutoNation Corporate. My advice to anyone considering a vehicle from this dealership: carefully review every line of your contract and always have a used vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic before deciding to keep it. Based on my experience, I do not recommend that anyone purchase a vehicle from AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Valencia.

The staff and techs were friendly and professional. They completed my recall work earlier than expected. I was offered shuttle service, but it wasn't necessary. I highly recommend AutoNation Jeep Chrysler for your service needs.
