Autonation Ford was fantastic to work with for our vehicle purchase. We bought a used vehicle and it was immaculate inside and out. It had been serviced, fully detailed, and there was zero sales pressure to hurry up a decision. They were able to answer every question we had pertaining to the vehicle and provided a car fax report for it as well. My husband had mentioned jokingly about the least they could do was fill it up with gas, and sure enough, while we were signing the paperwork, they had gone out and filled it up and started us out with a full tank of gas! That was unexpected, awesome and so appreciated!! We worked with John Barcia and he listened to us, responded to our inquiry and communicated with me via my preferred means. Little things like that show you that they are paying attention to the details. Bottom line, we love our new car, and Autonation just got new customers for our next car. If you want a dealership that is transparent in their pricing, dealings, and listens and genuinely wants to help, then go to Autonation. They are fantastic and have excellent customer service.
