The guys at AutoNation were very helpful and worked with me on a trade I had financed. Worked out a good deal. They were patient and I never felt pressured. It’s my 2nd purchase from AutoNation, the other being the AutoNation Chrysler/Jeep location in Fort Worth. Would definitely be buying my 3rd car there in the future.

My service associate Jaime was the best. My check engine light came on shortly after purchasing it from Audi Plano. The repairs were not covered by warranty and the Plano store refused to pay for the cost. Jaime had his manager reached out to the Plano manager and the next day I picked up my car fully repaired and fully paid. He is the best!

Great experience working with Carlos Arzate. We found the vehicle we wanted online. Confirmed details over the phone. They do have a dealer add on for tint. But overall was a great experience. He told me accurate pricing out the door. Wrote a check for the price before arriving and there were no surprises. Carlos communicated effectively each time we reached out to him.
