I recently had transmission work done here and while the team was professional and did address a recall and provided a customer satisfaction adjustment, I’m still experiencing a vibration issue that began immediately after the repair. The dealership has inspected the vehicle multiple times and has not been able to reproduce or diagnose the concern, even though it is consistently noticeable during normal driving. I appreciate the communication and the effort made so far, but I am currently having the vehicle evaluated independently to get a clearer answer on the cause. Hoping for a resolution soon.
