# Summary The dealership receives praise for friendly and knowledgeable sales staff who provide transparent dealings and transparent financing options, though service department experiences have been inconsistent, with some customers reporting dismissive responses to legitimate vehicle concerns. Administrative issues, including delayed reimbursements and unclear credit application procedures, have frustrated some buyers and led them to seek purchases elsewhere.
AutoNation Ford of Littleton was great, from Maddy Madril as my sales lady goat! All the way to the GM who helped with the Ford Warranty and Ford Care! Got a great deal, was treated fairly, and ford credit 0% financing! Great experience from top to bottom! Thanks AutoNation!
I bought a used Alfa-Romeo Stelvio at this dealership in January, doing everything long distance until I picked it up and drove it home to Tennessee. The purchase process was fairly straightforward and easy, and they had both front and back brakes serviced as well as four new tires. There was a hiccup with the brakes, as doing a brake job a Stelvio requires factory calibration, so my pick up was delayed by a day. The biggest issue was the check they provided for the title fee for Tennessee. They made it out to the wrong payee, so I paid for it when registering it. After four phone calls and three emails, they still have not reimbursed me for the title fee. Disappointing that something so small (and so easy to fix) would be so hard to do for someone who bought a car from them.
EDITED AFTER HORRIBLE SERVICE (Sorry Dan) SERVICE REVIEW I brought my 2026 Ford Bronco Outer Banks Sasquatch to AutoNation Ford Littleton with only 1,200 miles on it because of a loud whistling noise coming from the driver's side above 20 mph. After a couple of hours, I was told nothing was wrong and that I just needed to get used to it because a Bronco "isn't an Explorer." When I mentioned that my wife's Jeep didn't make the same noise, I was told that "Jeeps are just made better." I found their responses dismissive and unprofessional. Unsatisfied, I took the Bronco to Larry H. Miller Ford in Lakewood. They took the concern seriously, quickly diagnosed an improperly insulated firewall seal, and repaired it under warranty at no cost. The repair completely resolved the issue. Special thanks to Alexandra Gouldie for making sure the problem was properly addressed. Unfortunately, this experience showed a stark contrast between a dealership that dismissed a legitimate concern and one that took the time to diagnose and fix it. SALES REVIEW Dan McNamee was an absolute pleasure to work with! I honestly had no intention of buying from this location but then once I connected with Dan, I enjoyed the whole process. He was knowledgeable, friendly, not at all pushy, and worked through all my questions and requests with a friendly kind of class that is hard to come by. Justin in finance was also great to work with. He listened, presented options that made sense for me specifically, quick and effective, and was not at all pushy. Thank you, Dan and Justin, for a really smooth buying experience that was actually enjoyable.
Our Salesman Roger was excellent and understood exactly what we were looking for. No high pressure sales! The GM Jim, was very friendly and helpful. He actually helped us trust that dealerships can be honest and stay true to their word. Justin in finance made the paperwork a breeze and again no high pressure in selling the "extras'
I tried to buy a 2025 Mustang Mach‑E GT at AutoNation Ford Littleton, but the experience was frustrating. Ford Credit had already fully approved my loan, yet I was still told I needed to fill out another credit application so my information could be sent to additional lenders. I didn’t request that, and it wasn’t clear why it was necessary when my financing was already secured. For anyone shopping here, Colorado’s consumer‑protection rules allow you to decline additional credit applications when you already have approved financing. Extra applications aren’t required, and customers should feel comfortable asking for clear explanations before authorizing anything. When I asked for written clarification, I never received a response. At that point, I walked away and bought a 2026 Tesla Model Y instead — completed the entire purchase from my cell phone through the Tesla app and picked it up with a smooth, transparent, and professional process. Meanwhile, the Mach‑E I was ready to buy is still sitting on their lot after 200+ days. My experience may not reflect everyone’s, but I recommend doing your own due‑diligence research and asking clear questions about how your credit information will be handled before moving forward. Photo below: my 2026 Tesla Model Y purchased through the Tesla app and picked up with a no‑pressure, professional experience.
