I recently purchased a new Ford Explorer from AutoNation, and overall I had a wonderful experience. I was highly satisfied with my salesperson, Afm Haque. From the moment I arrived, he was attentive, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I was comfortable and confident with the Explorer I chose. He took the time to answer my questions, explain features, and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. One thing I really appreciated was how efficient the process was. I was in and out within about 3 hours, which is impressive for purchasing a vehicle. Honestly, it would have been even quicker if there hadn’t been a delay with cleaning and washing the car before delivery. That was really the only hold-up during the experience. What stood out most was the customer service even after the sale. A few days after bringing my Explorer home, I had some questions about the vehicle. I reached out to Afm, and he promptly returned my call and walked me through everything I needed help with. That level of follow-up and care meant a lot and truly showed his commitment to his customers. I definitely plan on calling Afm Haque again in a few months when it’s time to purchase a car for my son. He was awesome to work with, and I highly recommend both him and AutoNation Ford to anyone looking for a positive car-buying experience.

These guys really went to bat for me and got me way better of a heavy duty truck than I could have managed to get from any other dealer hands down.for a way better deal . It is without reservation that I highly recommend them for your next car purchase. Having started my business back in 2007 and purchasing a brand new f 150. Now here 20 years later I bought a brand new f250 powerstroke and I basically paid gasser price. For a powerstroke left over 2025 model. Truck is amazing I love it. My salesman James was the man. Super honest and I would buy another truck from him in a heartbeat. Thank you James for making my dream happen and allowing me to continue to push forward in my business with an awesome new truck.
