Luis went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted even though it wasn’t available at their location and secured an even better one from another dealership. He ensured the vehicle was delivered in a timely manner and stayed involved throughout the entire process. I was a tough cookie to deal with after dealing with some non transparent dealerships, including AutoNation Ford Bradenton. I had my guard up and gave no room for mistakes, lack of transparency, or additional add ons. I truly appreciated how Luis understood that and didn’t waste my time. It was a pretty smooth transition. Drove the vehicle on a Sunday while looking for a truck and found what I was looking for. Called the next day to confirm the purchase once the price was right and truck was ready once I arrived.
